The BC3 Adult Literacy Program provides free instructional services funded by the PA Department of Education.

ESL Beginners

This class is designed to help speakers of other languages who are just starting to learn English. It will focus on basic level English communication to satisfy daily life survival needs. Placement testing and orientation is required before attendance.

This class will run Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:30 – 11AM

ESL English

This class is targeted to speakers of other languages with high-beginner and above English level. It will focus on more complex speaking, listening, reading and writing with a focus on practical communication. Placement testing and orientation is required before attendance.

This class will run on Monday and Wednesday from 12:30 – 2 PM.
